HANDY-MAN SERVICES

This is the heart and soul of Brains & Brawn, because it was birthed from Handy Graham Construction, the company that Jason started back in 2009. Providing all things handy-man related from installing ceiling fans, fixing outlets, and replacing bathroom fixtures. This smaller side of Brains & Brain will always hold a special place in our hearts.

DECKS

In the Spring and Summer months, Decks make up a good portion of our business. Many customers also choose to have a pergola built, during the construction of the new deck. Jason has experience with treated wood and many composite materials. Decks can add a great deal of value to your home, and provide a wonderful space to enjoy the out doors.

HANDMADE FURNITURE

Jason has a passion for carpentry and loves making furniture pieces for clients. Farmhouse tables have been very popular lately! Jason has also made benches, desks, baby gates, sliding barn doors, and much more! Custom furniture makes for a great memory piece and these also make the most amazing gifts!

REMODEL PROJECTS

This is our most popular service and definitely the bulk of our business. We love taking old spaces, that are either out-dated or just not being used well, and turning them into beautiful, well functioning spaces!!! Everything from new flooring, to bathroom

re-models, and even basement finishing.

FLOORING

New flooring can make a huge difference in the look of your space. We service all stages of flooring from tear-out, to installation, and finishing with trim work. Whether it's a kitchen, laundry room, or even bathroom, flooring very much changes the feel of your space, and can make it much more functional. Jason specializes in laminate, vinyl plank, and tile.

DESIGN & DECOR

The baby of Brains & Brawn! Our brand new design and decor services!! Meagan has a passion for making spaces, functional and beautiful at the same time! She can help you come up with great ways to add value to your home and assist you with decorating your new space to make it feel like home. Add this service to either end of your project, or both!
